工作原理：

被過濾的液體從進口進入過濾器，經(jīng)過下固定板進入濾網(wǎng)，液體從濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)側(cè)流向外側(cè)，并從濾筒出口流出過濾器；反沖洗排出的雜質(zhì)從排污口排出。

Working principle:

The liquid filtered enter the filter from the entrance and flow into the filter screen through bottom fixed plate ，the liquid will flow from inside to outside in the filter screen and flow out of the filter entrance of the filter drum then；the impurity that have been discharged by reverse-washing will flow out of the drain outlet finally.

過程描述：

◆液體從濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)側(cè)流向外側(cè)過程中，固體顆粒被截留在濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)側(cè)。隨著污染物的增多，過濾器污染側(cè)和清潔側(cè)之間的壓差也逐漸增大。當壓差達到設定值時，壓差表發(fā)訊，過濾器開始自動反沖洗工作過程。

Process Description:

As the liquid flow from the inside of the filter screen to the outside of the outside of the filter screen ，the solid impurities will be interception  in the inside of the filter screen.With the increasing of pollutant ，the more higher for the differential pressure between the pollution side and the clean side.When the differential pressure reach set point，the differential pressure gauge will tell then ，and the filter start to work for reverse-washing procedure.

反沖洗過程：

◆減速電機通過中間軸驅(qū)動沖洗臂轉(zhuǎn)動，由光電定位開關控制沖洗臂的轉(zhuǎn)動角度，使之與被清洗濾網(wǎng)對正；

REVERSE-WASHING PROCEDURE：

Gear motor through the central shaft driven washing rotating arm ，rotating angle of the washing arm is controlled by a photoelectric positioning switch to and clean the filter on the positive.

反沖洗過程設定：

◆壓差設定：過濾器設有壓差調(diào)節(jié)表，用于過濾器壓差值的設定；

時間設定：控制箱設有時間設定裝置，可根據(jù)用戶要求設定過濾器反沖洗過程的時間周期；壓差設定和時間設定為反沖洗設定過程，兩種設定同時存在，且壓差設定優(yōu)先。

◆手動啟動：除壓差設定和時間設定自動反沖洗過程外。還有按TEST鍵手動啟動反沖洗過程，供調(diào)試檢修時用。

SET FOR REVERSE-WASHING PROCEDURE：

◆Set for the differential pressure：The filter have differential pressure regulating table for setting of differential pressure about the filter .

◆Set for time ：There have equipment for the time setting in the control cabinet ，it can be set as the time cycle for filter’s reverse-washing procedure ，sets of both kinds are concurrence ，and give priority to the differential pressure.

◆Start manually ：Besides set for the differential pressure and time to take automatic reverse-washing procedure then ，Start manually as press TEST can be used to start the reverse-washing procedure when commissioning and repairing.
