工作原理：

RHZS燭式過濾器（又叫微孔過濾器）在一密閉的容器里，由多件微孔濾芯組合，（或在濾芯外套上濾布和其他過濾介質(zhì)），過濾時用泵將料漿送入過濾器內(nèi)，料漿中的液體穿過過濾介質(zhì)進入多孔濾芯的中心匯總到清液出口排除，在燭式過濾器未形成前，排除的“清液”再回到原料漿進口再次送至過濾器作循環(huán)過濾，直至燭式過濾器形成（能達到過濾要求），提供一信號控制清液不再循環(huán)，清液通過三通閥送至下道工序使用，進行正常過濾。

正常過濾一段時間后，當(dāng)多孔燭芯上濾餅達到一定厚度時，提供一信號控制進料（停止），然后排凈過濾器內(nèi)的殘液，排凈后提供一信號控制反吹口（壓縮空氣、氮氣和飽和蒸汽）進行反吹，使濾餅脫落，反吹一定時間后，停止反吹，提供一信號打開過濾器排渣口進行排渣，排渣結(jié)束后關(guān)閉排渣口，回到過濾前初始狀態(tài)，準(zhǔn)備進行下一輪過濾。

Normal filtering after a period of time , when the filter cake on the multihole filter cartridges reaches a certain thickness , will provide a signal control then the feed (stop), then emptying the residual liquid which inside the filter , after that provides a signal control the blowback port(compressed air , nitrogen or ssaturated steam) to process blowing back , make the cake fall off , after a certain time , stop blowing , provides a signa to open the port for discharge , after the discharge close the discharge port , back to the initial state before filtering , ready for the next round of filtering
